The value of dy/dx at point (1, 0) for the function is 1

Given the function ;

  • y = In(x² + y²)

The derivative of y = In(x² + y²)

From the concept of standard integral , d/dx(In(x)) = 1/x

dy/dx = 1/(x² + y²)

Substituting the values of the points into the derivation

  • x = 1 ; y = 0

Now we have ;

1² + 0² = 1

Therefore, the result is 1.
