BODY- Work out and learn a healthier diet .

HEART- Learn to be more open and how to express your feelings more freely. some people aree emotionally unavaiable and dont even know it some people are over expressive and sometimes do a little to much so learn the median.

Spiritual- Learn how to live my life freely , we are all used to living a structered live doing the same things day in day out like an everyday cycle never ending . Not working for what we love but working for pieces of paper that are highly valued all around the work. In other words finding what you love and finding a meaning.

Brain- Learn when to stop overthinking a situaltion and learn when to not procrastinate , some people ruinin themselves when they tend to overthink this causes stress , depression and distrust amongst most everyday people. Learning when to say "whatever" to the little problems and not over react to every little thing going on around you.
