hasWe can solve this problem by several ways, but let us use the x-intercept and y-intercept cross-examination to get the correct graph

Note: at x-intercept, y=0

at y-intercept, x = 0

for the problem, y+3=2 (x+3)

at x-intercept, put y =0 into the equation of the line

0 + 3= 2(x+3)

3=2x+6

2x = 3-6

2x = -3

x= -3/2

x= -1.5

This means the x- intercpet of the graph is -1.5

at y-intercept, put x = 0 into the equation of the line

y + 3 = 2 (0 +3)

y + 3= 2(3)

y+3=6

y=6-3

y=3

This means the y- intercpet of the graph is 3

To get the correct option, look for the graph that have x-intercept at x = -1.5 and y-intercept at y=3

From the graphs, we can see only option D has x = -1.5 and y-intercept at y=3

Hence, the correct option is option D
