Explanation:

The graph passes through the negative x axis at x = -2

and then passes through two other points made by the intersection of the x & y axes which inturn create coordinate points.

(x1 , y1) , (x2 , y2)

(-2 , -3) , (-1 , 3)

slope (m) = y2 - y1 / x2 - x1

= 3- -3 / -1 - -2

= 6 / 1

= 6.
