There is a contrast between communication, which entails communicating with your clients, and engagement, which is developing connections with them.

Employee engagement is founded on an organization's and its members' trust, honesty, two-way commitment, and communication.

It is a business success approach that improves organizational and individual performance, productivity, and well-being. It is quantitative and so measurable.
