The formula for the circumference of a circle is
2\pi d. Substituting d = 14 into this gives us
28\pi \text{ feet}.

Simplifying using
3.14 as
\pi gives us
3.14 \cdot 28 = 87.92 \text{ feet}.

Simplifying using
3.14159 as
\pi gives us
87.96452 \text{ feet}.

Simplifying using
(22)/(7) as
\pi gives us
88 \text{ feet}.

Hope this helps! :)
