First we substract 10 from both sides of the inequality:


\begin{gathered} (-3k-12>-k+10)(-10) \\ \Rightarrow-3k-12-10>-k+10-10 \\ \Rightarrow-3k-22>-k \end{gathered}

Then we add 3k to both sides:


\begin{gathered} (-3k-22>-k)(+3k) \\ \Rightarrow-3k-22+3k>-k+3k \\ \Rightarrow-22>2k \end{gathered}

Finally we divide by 2 the expression:
