T-cells is a killer cells that recognizes and kills an infected cell due to the presence of viral antigen on its surface. B-cells produce antibodies to fight bacteria and viruses.

T-cells release chemical granzymes to induce apoptosis but B-cells does not become macrophages.

Basophil release histamine, serotonin, and leukotrienes. It trigger inflammation. Monocyte do not produce antibodies.

Basophils-release histamine. Leukocytes engulf invading microorganisms.
