The value of x in the triangle is 5 ( option C)

What is sum of angle in a triangle?

The sum of angles in a triangle is always 180 degrees. This fundamental geometric property holds true for all types of triangles, whether they are equilateral, isosceles, or scalene.

The sum of angle in a triangle is 180°

therefore;

2x + 53 + 5x + 2 + 90 = 180

collect like terms

2x + 5x + 90 + 55 = 180

7x = 180 - 145

7x = 35

x = 35/7

x = 5

Therefore, the value of x is 5
