y= -27
x= 53
solving for y:
-5-y=32
add y to both sides
-y = 27
divide by -1
y= -27
solving for x
plug in -27 for y in the first equation
5x +10(-27) =-5
5x+ (-270) =-5
add 270 to both sides
5x= 265
divide by 5 on both sides
x= 53
