Frightened, Jaydan dodged her way among the burning trees. The oppressive heat of the flames grasped
at her and nearly brought her down. She felt the smoke choking her lungs, causing her to cough. She
considered surrendering to the elements, but she knew she could not give up.
She had to find Pom-Pom, her pet who had wandered away. She could hear her desperate little yips and
bravely headed towards them. Though she could feel her vision blurring, she knew he had to press on.
She spotted sweet Pom-Pom and was just about to grab her when suddenly, a tree fell, blocking her.
""No!"" she shrieked.
Luckily her companions Rowan, Christ'yan, and Tyreke caught up with her just when she needed
assistance the most. Jaydan was delighted to see them. Together, they heaved the felled tree to the side.
