When the above error is displayed on your iPhone, it could mean that there is:
- Poor internt connection
- low storage on your iOS device;
- a bug in the App Store
- Faulty iPhone settings etc.
To resolve the issue of faulty internet connection, ensure that your data subscription is fully active and has not been exhausted. You can also use third party services to check the strenght of internet connectivity at your current location.
To tackle low storage on your device, please delete all unwanted apps and files (especially large videos) that you no longer need. Alternatively, if you still need those files, you can move them to an online cloud storate location that is secure.
Bugs can be rectified by ensuring that your apps and OS are updated with the most recent patch.
Always check your setting to ensure that you have not accidentally prohibited the installation of apps on your device.
