Explanation:

Break them up into 2 figures. The first is 6 x 7 = 42. The second is 3 x 9 because they say each meter on the bottom is 3, and there's is 3 of them so 3 x 3 = 9. Continuing, 3 x 9 = 27. So, 42 + 27 = 69.

So, 69 is the answer.
