Given equations,

\begin{gathered} f(x)=3x+1 \\ g(x)=4x^2+1 \\ h(x)=1-2x \end{gathered}

Substitute x=2 in the g(x) equation.

\begin{gathered} g(2)=4(2)^2+1 \\ g(2)=17 \end{gathered}

Substitute g(2) = 17 in place of x in equation h(x).

\begin{gathered} h(g(2))=1-2(g(2)) \\ h(g(2))=1-2*17 \\ h(g(2))=-33 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the value of h(g(2)) = -33
