For two lines to be parallel, they have to form the same angle when crossing the same line.

Now, M and N are alternate interior angles and


\begin{gathered} M+65^(\circ)=180^(\circ) \\ M=115^(\circ) \end{gathered}

Hence, line c and line a are parallel.
