The y intercepts are the coordinates the values of y when x = 0

This means that the y intercepts would be found at the point where the curve cuts across the horizontal line. Looking at the graph,

on the left hand side, at x = 0, y = - 1

on the right hand side, at x = 0, y = 3

The y intercepts would be (0, - 1) and (0, 3)

Option C is correct
