we have the expression

(3y+2)/(3y)\colon(6y^2+4y)/(3y+2)

step 1

Simplify the second term

so

\begin{gathered} (3y+2)/(3y)\colon(2y(3y+2))/(3y+2) \\ \\ (3y+2)/(3y)\colon2y \end{gathered}

step 2

Multiply in cross

((3y+2))/(3y\cdot2y)
((3y+2))/(6y^2)=(1)/(2y)+(1)/(3y^2)
