Answer:

Expand bracket

3x-9+4=2x-6

3x-5=2x-6

+6

3x+1=2x

-2x

1x+1=0

1(x+1)=0

(x+1)=0

-1

x=-1

It has one solution, when y=0, x is - 1.

Eg. when, we substitute x= - 1 into the equation y=1x+1, y = 0

(1 x - 1 + 1 =0)

The solution on a graph will be at the point (-1,0)

Hope this helps!
