In order to find the volume of tha figure, we basically need to find the area of the triangle, and then multiply the result by the length, so, using Heron's formula:

\begin{gathered} A=\sqrt[]{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)} \\ s=(a+b+c)/(2) \\ s=(4+10+10.8)/(2) \\ s=12.4 \\ A=\sqrt[]{12.4(8.4)(2.4)(1.6)} \\ A=\sqrt[]{399.9744} \\ A=19.99935999 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the volume is:

V=7\cdot A\approx139.996m^3
