In order to find the angle θ we will use a trigonometric function, in this case, is the tangent


\tan (\theta)=(OS)/(AS)

in this case

OS=1.5 ft

AS=18 ft

then we substitute the values


\tan (\theta)=(1.5)/(18)

then we isolate θ


\theta=\tan ^(-1)((1.5)/(18))
\theta=4.76

the correct answer is A
