The numbers to order are

(5)/(10),0.8,(3)/(10)\text{ and 0.1}

Let us convert all to decimal to enable us know the least and the greatest. Therefore,

\begin{gathered} (5)/(10)=(1)/(2)=0.5 \\ 0.8 \\ (3)/(10)=0.3 \\ 0.1 \end{gathered}

From least to greatest wil be

0.1,(3)/(10),(5)/(10),0.8

The answer is B.
