Given are four cylinders: \# 1,#2,#3 and \# 4. The relief valve is set for 3,000 psi. A 15 GPM constant displacement pump is used. A solenoid controlled, hydraulic pilot operated, tandem center, 3 position, 4 way Directional Control Valve (DCV) is used. Use the simplified symbol for the DCV.

The following sequence is required for its system design. (NO ELECTRICAL Solutions are allowed to cause the following Sequence of operations). There of course would be ladder logic for the operation of the two solenoids on the DCV, but this is not on TEST 2 . Do not worry about this.

NOTE: All four cylinders are horizontally mounted and are of the same size}.

LABEL the cylinders 1, 2, 3 and 4 clearly on your drawing.
