the given expression is

f(x)=3+\sqrt[]{x+3}

now put x = -1 for evaluate f(-1)

\begin{gathered} f(-1)=3+\sqrt[]{-1+3} \\ f(-1)=3+\sqrt[]{2} \end{gathered}

for f(2) put x = 2 in the equation

\begin{gathered} f(2)=3+\sqrt[]{2+3} \\ f(2)=3+\sqrt[]{5} \end{gathered}

the expression is

f(x)=3^x

put x = -1

f(-1)=3^(-1)=(1)/(3)

put x = 2

\begin{gathered} f(2)=3^2=3*3=9 \\ f(2)=9 \end{gathered}
