The general learning objective for this project is for students to apply what they have learned in the course to real organizational situations and reflect upon their learning. Students should demonstrate the application of theory and knowledge in their reports.

Starbucks company and to conduct relevant and adequate primary and secondary research on the chosen organization and apply what they have learned within their course onto the chosen organization. The student should therefore be able to visit the selected organization.
