- Identify 5 different projects from your discipline [of interest]. At least two successful and two unsuccessful projects. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT CHECK YOUR STUDY DISCIPLINE. YOU CAN CHOOSE ANY DISCIPLINE OF YOUR INTEREST.
- Research the projects with a focus on identifying factors that contribute to project success or failure.

For each project:
- Write a background on these projects describing what was involved (when, where, why, etc).
- When possible, explain how the project is relevant to your discipline.
- Identify the contributing factors to the project's success/failure such as but not limited to time, costs, risks, communication, and resources.
- Write a concluding paragraph highlighting your learning from these projects.
