How to graph the segment?

To graph the segment just graph the two points in a coordinate axis, and connect them with a segment.

Remember that in a point (x, y), the first values is measured in the horizontal axis and the second in the vertical axis.

Now, the similarity transformation, these are transformations that don't change the shape, so we can apply a translation. Lets apply a translation down of one unit, so the new points are:

P'(-6, 1)

Q'(-2, 1)
