From the problem, Joe starts with $750 and he adds $60 each week.

His money will be :

S=750+60W

where S = amount of money after W weeks.

W = time in weeks

The total amount of money after 16 weeks will be :

\begin{gathered} S=750+60W \\ S=750+60(16) \\ S=1710 \end{gathered}

ANSWER :

$1710
