4x +2y +2z=4 .... (2)

-6x -3y -3z =-6.... (3)

Taking Equation (3)

-6x-3y-3z=-6

Divide by -3,

2x+y+z=2 ....(4)

By subracting equation (2) and (4),

0=0

Therefore, the system of equation has infinitely many solution.
