Answer:

60 cm^3

Explanation:

The computation of the volume of the cuboid is given below:

let us assume the length be l

and b the breadth

So

l = b + 1

And, the perimeter is

2(l + b) = 18

2l + 2b = 18

2b + 2 + 2b = 18

b = 4

And l = 5

Now

2(l + b) × h = 54

2(5 + 4 ) × h = 54

h = 3

Now the volume of the cuboid is

= l × b × h

= 5 × 4 × 3

= 60 cm^3
