Why was it so difficult to get Malala out of Pakistan? SOMEONE ANSWER ASAP PLEASE!

Step-by-step explanation:

After Malala Yousafzai was shot by the Taliban for her activism, she was taken to a hospital in Islamabad. There the doctor informed the Army that they did not have the facilities necessary to rehabilitate Malala.

A plan was agreed to take her to England but the Pakistani government could not fly her there themselves or allow the British to use military plans because it would look suspicious to Pakistanis.

In the end the United Arab Emirates were the ones who offered to help and because they are a Muslim country, it was deemed less suspicious.
