remember that the area of a trapezoid can be expressed as

\begin{gathered} A=((B+b)\cdot h)/(2) \\ \end{gathered}

Replace in the formula taking into account that B is the greater base, b is the smallest base and h is the height of the trapezoid.

\begin{gathered} A=((95+65)\cdot40)/(2) \\ A=(160)/(2)\cdot40 \\ A=80\cdot40 \\ A=3200 \end{gathered}

The area of the trapezoid is 3,200 sqft.
