As per given diagram:

Take two points on the line (1,1) and (0,4)

For the slope of the line:


m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Now put the values in the formula:


\begin{gathered} m=(4-1)/(0-1) \\ m=(3)/(-1) \\ m=-3 \end{gathered}

So the slopw of the given line is -3.
