7 Eva has 4 m of ribbon for wrapping gifts.

She needsm for each gift.

How many gifts can Eva wrap?

Answer: 6 gifts.

Explanation:

I found the question elsewhere and it states that Eve needs 2/3 m for each gift.

Since Eve has 4 m, the number of gifts she can wrap is the 4 m she has divided by the 2/3 m required for each gift.

= 4 ÷ 2/3

= 4 × 3/2

= 12/2

= 6 gifts.

Note: When dividing by a fraction, you can multiply by it's inverse.
