p(-3) = -184

Explanation:

p(-3) = 4(-3)^3 - 5(-3)^2 + 7(-3) -10

= 4(-27) - 5(9) - 21 - 10

= -108 - 45 - 21 - 10

= -184

replace x with -3 and then solve
