Answer:
There are many things you can do.
1. Find music that helps calm you and helps you keep focus (my personal one is the Minecraft soundtrack, but you can do whatever.)
2. Try to set aside certain times after school or on the weekend to be able to do stuff.
3. Find something that will keep you concentrated, such as (above mentioned) music, stress-balls, and fidget-toys (fidget cube, etc.)
I have had the exact same problem as you, and these things helped.
