Answer: 11

Explanation:

Based on the information that have been given in the question, we can use the information to form an inequality which goes thus:

5 + 9.95h < 125

9.95h < 125 - 5

9.95h < 120

h < 120/9.95

h < 12.06

h < 12

Therefore since h is less than 12, the greatest number of hat that can be ordered will be 11.
