We have that the volume of a cylinder is given by the following equation:

V=\pi\cdot r^2\cdot h

h is tall and r the radius, the radius is:

\begin{gathered} r=(d)/(2)=(26)/(2)=13 \\ \end{gathered}

replacing:

\begin{gathered} V=3.14\cdot(13)^2\cdot44 \\ V=23349.04 \end{gathered}

The volumen of the cylinder is 23349.04 cubic meters
