(4, 2), (4, 3), (5 ,5) and (5, 6) function or not?

Answer: Not a function

Explanation:

A function can only have one output for one input. The x-coordinate is the input and the y-coordinate is the output. Notice that for x=4, there is y=2 and y=3 as the output. This goes against the rules of a function. Same goes for x=5. Since there are multiple y for one x, this is not a function.
