ABCD is a kite . Find its area and perimeter when, AC = 10 cm AB= 13 cm and AD = 7 cm​

A kite is a quadrilateral with two pairs of adjacent sides that are equal in length. In a kite, the longer pair of adjacent sides are equal (AC and AB in this case), and the shorter pair of adjacent sides are also equal (AD and BC in this case).
