Let's review the solution...

Within each group of four atoms or ions presented below, select the species that are isoelectronic with each other:

Fe has 26 electrons, whereas Fe3+ has 23 electrons.

Mn has 25 electrons, whereas Mn2+ has 23 electrons.

Zn has 30 electrons.

Ar has 18 electrons.

From the group above, which are isoelectric with each other?
Zn
Fe3+
Mn2+
Ar

C has 6 electrons.

Cl has 17 electrons, whereas Cl− has 18 electrons.

B has 5 electrons, whereas B− has 6 electrons.

Ge has 32 electrons, whereas Ge2+ has 30 electrons.

From the group above, which are isoelectric with each other?
Ge2+
Cl−
B−
C

Within the first group, the species that are isoelectronic with each other are:

Fe3+ and Mn2+

Both Fe3+ and Mn2+ have 23 electrons, making them isoelectronic.

Within the second group, the species that are isoelectronic with each other are:

Cl− and Ar

Both Cl− and Ar have 18 electrons, making them isoelectronic.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
