We suggest you use technology. Graph the region corresponding to the inequalities.

2.3x − 2.4y ≤ 2.4
4.0x − 5.1y ≤ 4.3
6.1x + 6.7y ≤ 9.5
Find the coordinates of all corners points (if any) to two decimal places. (Order your answers from smallest to largest x, then from smallest to largest y. If an answer does not exist, enter DNE.)

The two corner points are (0.901, -0.136) and (1.294, 0.24).

The given inequalities are:

2.3x - 2.4y ≤ 2.4

4.0x - 5.1y ≤ 4.3

6.1x + 6.7y ≤ 9.5

Now, we can graph the inequalities and find the intersection points of the lines.

These intersection points are the corner points of the region defined by the inequalities.

After graphing the inequalities, we can see that the intersection points of the lines are at the following coordinates are (0.901, -0.136) and (1.294, 0.24)

We suggest you use technology. Graph the region corresponding to the inequalities-example-1
