Answer: Yes, you can. However, there are some restrictions.

Spare batteries: Spare lithium ion and lithium metal batteries must be in your carry-on baggage. This includes power banks and cell phone battery charging cases.

Installed batteries: Lithium ion batteries installed in a personal electronic device can be in your carry-on or checked baggage.

Battery size: Spare batteries cannot be rated higher than 160Wh or 8g of lithium. With airline approval, you may be able to bring up to two spare larger lithium ion batteries (101–160 Wh) or lithium metal batteries (2-8 grams).
