Now to find c, we can substitute the co-ordinates from the given point into the respective x and y variables. Hence:

7 = -1/4(-4) + c

7 = 1 + c

c = 6

The final equation (in intercept form) is:

y = -1/4x + 6

Now we must convert it into Point-Slope form, with a form y + c = mx. To do this, we can simply move the c value onto the y side of the equation.

y - 6 = -1/4x
