The probability that Andrew picked a black cap followed by a green cap is calculated by multiplying the individual probabilities.

Probability of picking a black cap first = 2/6
Probability of picking a green cap second = 1/5

Multiplying these probabilities: (2/6) * (1/5) = 1/15

So, the correct answer is B. 1/15.
