∠ A + ∠ B + ∠ C = 180° ( substitute ∠ A = 47° , ∠ C = 90° )

47° + ∠ B + 90° = 180°

∠ B + 137° = 180° ( subtract 137° from both sides )

∠ B = 43°

(opposite)/(hypotenuse) =
(BC)/(AB) =
(BC)/(3) ( multiply both sides by 3 )

3 × sin47° = BC , then
