The Solution:

Let the two number be x and y133-x (

Such that:

\begin{gathered} x<133-x \\ x=small\text{ number} \\ 133-x=larger\text{ number} \end{gathered}

So,

\begin{gathered} 4x=3(133-x) \\ \end{gathered}

Solve for x:

\begin{gathered} 4x=399-3x \\ \text{ Collect the like terms.} \\ 4x+3x=399 \\ 7x=399 \end{gathered}

Divide both sides by 7.

x=(399)/(7)=57

Therefore, the correct nswers are:

57 and 76
