Answer:

In my opinion, the aspect of the juvenile justice system that is most in need of reform is the way that young offenders are sentenced and punished. Currently, juveniles can be sentenced to adult prisons and face adult penalties, which I think is unfair and ineffective. Juveniles are still developing and have a higher capacity for change than adults, so I think the system should focus more on rehabilitation and less on punishment. I also think that juveniles should be tried and sentenced in a separate juvenile court system, rather than being tried in adult court. This would help to ensure that they receive the appropriate treatment and sentencing.
