From the question, we have the following parameters that can be used in our computation:

(6.1, -6), (5, -9), (18, 7), (12, 5)

For a table of values or ordered pair to be a function, each input value must point to unique output values

So, to make the table a non-function, we use any of the input values {6.1, 5. 18 and 12} and set it do an output value different from {-6, -9, 7 and 5}

Using the above as a guide, the following point would make it a non-function (5, 10)
