Answer:

ABCD is a parrallellogram

If a quadrilateral is a parallelogram, then the opposite sides are the same length; AB=DC

AD=BC

we calculate x:

AB=DC

3x+15 =5x-3

3x-5x=-3-15

-2x=-18

x=9

AB=3*9+15=42

DC = 5x-3 = 5*9-3 = 42

AD=2x= 18

Bc = 2x=18

perimeter ABCD =

2(42+18)=2*60=120
