a recipes for 1/2 a chocolate cake calls for 6 cups of suger 2 tablesoons of salt 3 cups of water and 1/2 of a bag of cake mix how much suger for 5 batches

I think 15 cups of sugar since it is half a chocolate cake. If it were a whole cake i think it would call for thirty cups to make five cakes.
